Mac Antfee finds Randy, and says that he is the one who is gonna destroy the Ninja and shoves Randy in the supposedly "Ultimate Lesson" door. Then Randy remembers that you can create anything with your mind. And Mac Antfee punches Randy hard enough to throw Randy through different places throughout the Nomicon. Then we know that Mac Antfee was a ninja for six years and tells Randy that in the Nomicon, anything is possible. Mac Antfee fights Randy, and shows moves that Randy didn't know of, like the Hydro Hand and Comet Sprint.

After that, Howard dresses up like a girl, and puts a math cover on the Nomicon to disguise it. Randy says that he has to somehow mindwipe Mac Antfee, and goes into the NinjaNomicon. They see Howard's sister recording with her phone, and Mac Antfee warns The Ninja to lookout and crushes the phone. Randy hides in his locker, only to be found be Howard. But when Randy talks about the NinjaNomicon, Mac Antfee realizes that Randy is The Ninja and gets crazy. None of their starting weapons have infinite ammo, and since the Magnum and 38 Special are duel-wielded due to the Detective Magnum synergy, ammo preservation for the Ninja is important. The Ninja has a variance in playstyle when compared to other Gungeoneers. If the Bullet That Can Kill The Past is used on The Ninja, it will send the character to the credits instead of a unique past. If this is referring to the Ninja, the Ninja could have survived this encounter and entered the Gungeon to seek revenge on their "brothers". However, in the item description for the Bloodied Scarf, it is mentioned that a "skilled assassin" was "Betrayed by his brothers and assumed dead.". The Ninja was never given a complete story.
